Returns Policy

WHAT can be returned?
Lead Out Sports will only accept returns on brand new, unused items, in their original packaging. Proof of purchase must be supplied in order for any return to be accepted.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Lead Out Sports will accept returns for up to one month from the date of purchase.

HOW do you return items?
Please post to the address noted above. Please contact Lead Out Sports prior to returning an item so that we can issue you with a Return Authority number, and also see if your query can be resolved remotely. This is typically much faster and easier than physically returning an item, for all parties. We are always focused on making things easy and fast where possible.

SHIPPING for returns?
Return shipping is non-refundable except in the instance that Lead Out Sports shipped the incorrect item to you. If you have a defective/warranty item please contact us prior to any return - we may be able to resolve your enquiry without the need for you to return the item to us (much easier!), or arrange for the return of the item on your behalf.

CREDIT for returns?
Returns are handled in accordance with Australian consumer laws. If a credit is provided for your return, this will be paid to you via EFT only.

In person return option?
We do not accept in-person returns.
