What happens now?

 

• You will receive an automatic Confirmation email to your email address now.
  • CHECK THIS! Make sure your order is correct - if not, email us right away on admin@leadoutsports.com

• You will receive a second email from us within 1 business day to request payment and confirm your order (again).

 

• When payment has been received, your order will be locked-in (NO CHANGES) and placed in the queue.
  • if payment is not received within 48 hours we will send you a reminder.
  • if payment is not received within 96 hours we will delete your order.

 

• Orders for Australia and New Zealand are submitted to Unite Co every two weeks - your order will be placed on the next two-weekly cycle.

 

• Unite Co build to order, and then ship to us via UPS - from placing your order until delivery to you may take from 3 weeks up to 6, depending upon the order cycle, production times, and shipping.

 

• As much as we would like to, we cannot promise or guarantee a firm delivery date for your order becuase there are many factors that influce this that are outside of our control.

 

• If you HAVE TO have your part/s by a firm date, make sure to order far in advance. We'll do our best, always, but delivery time is never certain. We trust you to make the best decision for you.

 

• We will not engage in repetitive or tense conversations about delivery times etc - if this is going to stress you out or perhaps cause an issue for you, go for an in-stock standard colour instead. We'd love for everyone to have custom parts, but let's be realisitc - the process may not suit you, and that is totally fine!
